Truck Loading Hours
Scales are open Monday through Saturday at 6:00 a.m. The revised operating permit approved in 2005 prohibits trucks entering the facility before 6:00 a.m. Trucks arriving prior to 6:00 a.m. will not be allowed on site.
Scales close at 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Trucks loading need to arrive at least one half hour before closing time unless special arrangements are made. No trucks will be allowed on site after 7:45 p.m. due to permit restrictions.
In unusual circumstances, trucks may be loaded at later times, subject to prior approval by your dispatcher. Dispatchers will need to call our scalehouse (209-533-0127, ext. 15) to clear a late loading time. Late loading requests will be monitored. Please do not abuse this courtesy.
Trucks should not park overnight in the Columbia area.
Based on special circumstances such as holidays, customer needs, or Blue Mountain Minerals' maintenance requirements, we may adjust loading hours. Please check with us for holiday loading hours.
